Free Webinar Tonight! Plus, a look at a Gamified Group Coaching offer.
Your next quest starts here: A free webinar to help you design a more fulfilling life
Hello adventurers!
I am excited to share with you something that I’ve been passionately working on.
Tonight at 7 pm CT, I’m hosting a free live, interactive webinar called How to Questify Your Life: Using Gamification to Increase Life Satisfaction.
This webinar is part of the official launch of Cohort 1 of my gamified group coaching program, and I couldn’t think of a better way to kick things off than by inviting you all to come along for the ride.
So, what is “Questify Your Life”?
It’s a system I’ve developed over years of lived experience, research, and recovery — blending gamification and positive psychology into a system that helps me turn everyday life into an adventure.
Questify Your Life is a system that blends gamification techniques, positive psychology research, and neurodiversity principles to make life more fun and doable. After years of doing this, I’ve created a multi-tiered system where I create quests in my life to focus on the goals that align with my values. The goal of this system is to encourage goal completion in a form that is fun, with an emphasis on the importance of play and creativity.
In the webinar, I’ll walk you through the system and its three parts: Journey, Character, Quests.
Expect personal stories, interactive exercises, and a whole lot of inspiration.
